This website provides information about VP Tradelink and the products we export, and lets you submit an inquiry. It is not an online store: no orders, payments, or binding contracts are created through the website itself. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Quotations and prices are indicative, not binding
Prices, availability, specifications, and delivery estimates shown on this website, or given in an initial reply to your inquiry, are indicative and provided for planning purposes only. They do not constitute a binding offer for sale. A transaction becomes binding only once both parties agree a written sales contract or confirmed purchase order, which sets out the final price, specification, quantity, payment terms, and delivery terms for that specific shipment.
Prices for agricultural commodities and minerals move with the underlying market and can change without notice. Please confirm current pricing with Vishal or Shezad before relying on any figure you've seen previously — including on this website or in an earlier email.
Product specifications
Specification ranges shown on product pages describe typical parameters for that product and form. They are provided as a general reference for evaluating fit, not as a guarantee for any specific shipment. The specification that governs an actual order is the one agreed in writing for that order and confirmed by a Certificate of Analysis at shipment, as described on our Company page.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that every detail — including translated pages — is complete, error-free, or fully up to date at all times. If something looks off, please tell us; we'd genuinely rather know.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, layout, and design of this website belong to VP Tradelink unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to reference or link to it, but please don't reproduce substantial parts of it elsewhere without asking us first.
