Who we are

VP Tradelink ("we", "us", "VP Tradelink") is an export company headquartered in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, with a branch office in Gandhidham, Gujarat. This policy covers the website at vptradelink.com only — it does not cover information exchanged separately by phone, WhatsApp, or email once you're in direct contact with Vishal or Shezad, which is governed by ordinary confidentiality expected in a business relationship rather than this page.

What we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you submit. The inquiry form on our Contact page asks for your name, company, country, email, phone/WhatsApp number, product of interest, quantity, destination port, and message. We only collect what's shown on the form — we don't ask for payment details, ID documents, or account passwords anywhere on this site.
• Information stored on your own device. This site uses your browser's local storage — never cookies — to remember three things, purely for your convenience: your light/dark display preference, your language choice, and the list of products you've added to an inquiry before submitting it. None of this is sent to us or to anyone else; it stays on your device until you clear your browser data.

We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if you go on to place an order — to correspond with you about that order and meet our export documentation and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing you haven't asked for.

How your inquiry reaches us

The contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-relay service, which forwards your submission to our email inbox. We don't control FormSubmit's own systems beyond that relay function; you can review their practices directly at formsubmit.co. If the form fails for any reason, the page also gives you a direct mailto link so your message goes straight to our inbox instead.

International transfer

Wherever you're submitting the form from, the information you send is transmitted to and stored by our team in India. By submitting the form, you're agreeing to that transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where an order goes ahead, for the period required for our accounting and export-compliance records. If you'd like us to delete information we're not otherwise required to keep, contact us and we'll do so.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing shezad@vptradelink.com. Depending on the country you're writing from, you may have further rights under your local law; we'll respond to reasonable requests either way.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted to us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
