Common Questions
What's the minimum order quantity?
Most orders start from a single 20' or 40' container (FCL), depending on the product's packing density. If you're evaluating a smaller trial quantity, mention it in your inquiry — we'll tell you what's realistic for that specific product.
Can we get a sample before placing a full order?
Yes — mention it in your inquiry with your courier account details (or ask us to quote the courier cost) and we'll arrange a representative sample from current stock.
What payment terms do you offer?
Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), or Cash Against Documents (CAD). We agree the specific structure — for example, an advance against TT — with each buyer before confirming an order.
Can we arrange independent inspection before the container is loaded?
Yes. Third-party inspection through SGS, Intertek, or an agency of your choice can be arranged at the buyer's cost before loading, so you have an independent result before the container leaves port.
Which Incoterms do you work under?
FOB (Mundra or Kandla) and CIF are our standard terms. If your logistics setup needs a different Incoterm, raise it with Vishal or Shezad and we'll confirm whether it's workable for your order.
What happens if a shipment doesn't match the agreed specification?
Raise it with us directly, backed by the inspection report, as soon as it's identified. It's handled against the agreed Certificate of Analysis for that shipment — the sooner it's flagged, the easier it is to resolve while the shipment is still traceable.
